Purpose of data management
The purpose of data management is to ensure the possibility of online and telephone contact between Huncargo Forwarding Kft. and the customer, and to simplify contact with customers.

7.1 Right of Access
The data subject has the right to request information from Huncargo Forwarding Kft. via the contact details given in point 1, as to whether his personal data is being processed, and if such data processing is in progress, he is entitled to find out whether

Huncargo Forwarding Kft. will provide a copy of the personal data that is the subject of data management free of charge for the first time at the request of the data subject, after which it may charge a reasonable fee based on administrative costs.
In order to meet the data security requirements and protect the rights of the data subject, Huncargo Forwarding Kft. is obliged to make sure that the identity of the data subject and the person wishing to use the right of access match, for this purpose the information, access to the data, and the issuance of a copy of the data are also subject to the identification of the data subject.
7.2. Right to rectification
The person concerned may request that the Authority amend some of his personal data via the contact details provided in point 1. If the person concerned can credibly prove the accuracy of the corrected data, the Authority will fulfill the request within a maximum of one month and will notify the person concerned at the contact information provided.
7.3. The right to blocking (restriction of data processing).
Through the contact details given in point 1, the affected person can request that Huncargo Forwarding Kft. limit the processing of his personal data (by clearly marking the limited nature of data processing and ensuring that it is handled separately from other data) if he disputes the accuracy of his personal data (in this case, Huncargo Forwarding Kft. . limits the data processing to the period of time while checking the accuracy of the personal data);-the data processing is illegal and the data subject opposes the deletion of the data and instead requests the restriction of its use;-the data controller no longer needs the personal data for the purpose of data processing, but the the data subject requires them for the presentation, enforcement or defense of legal claims; or – the data subject objected to the data processing (in this case, the restriction applies to the period until it is determined whether the legitimate reasons of the data controller take precedence over the legitimate reasons of the data subject).

The 3. and with regard to data processing for the purpose of point 4, the data subject may object to the data processing via the contact details provided in point 1, if, in his opinion, Huncargo Forwarding Kft. would handle his personal data inappropriately in connection with the purpose specified in the data processing information for the given procedure. In this case, Huncargo Forwarding Kft. must prove that the processing of personal data is justified by compelling legitimate reasons that take precedence over the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject, or that are related to the submission, enforcement or defense of legal claims. With regard to data processing for the purpose of points 3 and 4, the data subject does not have the right to object, with due regard to its legal basis.

In connection with the data management purposes set out in points 3 and 4 of the information sheet – with attention to its legal basis – the data subject has the right to request that Huncargo Forwarding Kft. delete the personal data concerning the data subject without undue delay, and the data controller is obliged to delete it without undue delay if there is no other legal basis for processing the data.
7. 6. The right to data portability
In relation to data processing for the purposes of points 3 and 4 – with attention to its legal basis – the data subject is entitled, via the contact details given in point 1, to have his/her personal data provided to Huncargo Forwarding Kft. in segmented, widely used, machine-readable form format, and you are also entitled to forward this data to another data manager without Huncargo Forwarding Kft. preventing this in connection with automated data management operations. 3.3. with regard to data processing for the purpose of point 1, the data subject is not entitled to the right to data portability, with due regard to its legal basis.
8. Right to Remedy
